Select Carving Station
Tri Tip of Beef and Pan Roasted Turkey carved by our chef and served with an assortment of rolls, gourmet mustards and aioli.
Signature Carving Station
Filet Mignon and Pork Tenderloin carved by our chef and served with an assortment of rolls, gourmet mustards and aioli.
Dim Sum Wok Station
A variety of light Chinese hors d'oeuvres filled with beef, chicken, seafood, and vegetables. This is an attended station where dim sum is heated in woks with Chinese steamer baskets and served fresh to the guests.
Elegant French Crepe Station
A beautiful array of breakfast and dessert crepes with a variety of delicious fillings ranging from eggs and mushrooms to peaches and berries. With such an assortment, each guest will surely find at least a couple flavors to please their palate.
Mongolian Barbecue Station
Delicious stir fry with choice of shrimp, chicken, or beef, udon noodles, peanuts and a variety of fresh vegetables, prepared with fresh ginger, soy and teriyaki and served with sweet and sour sauce and a spicy peanut sauce.
North Beach Station
Featuring Black Forest Ham and Parmesan Palmiers, Tortellini Skewers, Fusilli Pasta, and Asiago Chicken Penne Pasta.
Pasta Station
Penne Pasta with guests' choice of marinara or Alfredo sauce and grilled chicken.
Salad On-The-Go Station
With Caesar Salad in a Cup, Caprese Salad, and Fresh Tomato Bruschetta.
Seafood Station
Includes Ahi Tuna Lollipops, Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahi Mahi, Jumbo Prawns, and Crab Puffs.
Jumbo Shrimp Station
Grilled shrimp served with two dipping sauces: sesame soy and chile lime aioli — or large shrimp served on ice with cocktail sauce and fresh lemon wedges with a side of smoked salmon, dill crème fraîche, capers, red onion, lemons, and breads and crackers.
Fresh Sushi Bar
An array of cucumber, California, spicy tuna and Philadelphia rolls.
